Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Orders shipped to locations outside of the United States (including US Territories) cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original product packaging

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and we will provide the shipping label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email info@blackseedblends.com with your order number and the reason for return. In some cases, we may be able to help resolve the issue without needing a return.


Exchanges

If you want a different product, please return your unused product(s) for a refund under the same conditions listed above and place a new order.

Be aware that we cannot guarantee the item you wish to exchange for will remain in stock.


Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed. You may choose to be refunded either through store credit or a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive an email when the refund is processed. If you chose to refund your original method of payment, the refund is usually completed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for International Orders

Due to daily changing exchange rates, we cannot offer refunds for orders placed in currencies other than USD. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we can issue store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds should be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving a refund confirmation email.

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your transactions again. Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
