Carriers

Orders are shipped with the carrier that offers the best rates for the size and shipping location of the package.

In the USA, we ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and more.

International orders ship with Passport, a trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport works with local delivery partners around the world to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.


Delivery Instructions

If you need to leave specific delivery instructions, wait for your shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Follow that link and provide instructions directly to the carrier.


Update Shipping Address

To update your shipping address, go to your Order Confirmation email and click "View your order". On that page, click "Update Address".

If your country is changing, contact us at info@blackseedblends.com to confirm availability. Additional shipping and customs fees may apply.

If you've already received a shipping confirmation, we cannot change the address. Some carriers allow you to redirect to a pickup location. You can also try contacting whoever is at the current delivery address for help.


Delivery Issues

First, confirm your shipping address has no typos or missing info by going to your shipping notification email and clicking "View your order".

If there's an error but tracking is still active, contact the carrier directly to request a package redirect.

Carrier Hasn't Received Package

Sometimes a package doesn't get scanned until it reaches a processing center near the destination — this can take up to 4 days.

If after 7 days tracking still shows the carrier is waiting to receive the package, contact info@blackseedblends.com.

Tracking Hasn't Updated

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact the carrier's customer service and request a missing package search.

If you haven't heard back from the carrier after another 7 days, email us at info@blackseedblends.com and we'll do what we can.

Package Marked Delivered, But Not Received

The faster you follow these steps, the better your chances of recovering your package.

First, confirm your shipping address is correct via the "View your order" link in your shipping notification email.

If the address is wrong, the fastest option may be to go to that address to retrieve the package — or contact whoever is there. Otherwise, wait for it to be returned to us.

If the address is correct, try these steps:

  • Check with neighbors or nearby addresses.
  • If your building has a package office, double-check with them.
  • Check your mailbox for a parcel locker key.
  • Carriers sometimes mark orders delivered up to 48 hours early — contact the carrier's support.
  • If final delivery was USPS, contact your local USPS office.
  • Submit a missing package claim with the carrier.
